Dr. Rahul Kumar did his LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has obtained his LL.M. and a Ph.D. degree from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi. He has qualified U.G.C. NET examination and received U.G.C.-Junior Research Fellowship Award.

He has been working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi for several years He has taught Taxation Law, Commercial Laws, Socio-Economic Offences, Interpretation of Statutes etc. at Campus Law Centre. For a few years he has been teaching Tax Policy and Reforms at LL.M. He has also served Indian law Institute, Delhi as a Visiting Faculty.  

He has authored various write-ups and articles for different reputed journals like Journal of Indian Law Institute, Indian Journal of Public Administration and Delhi Law Review, etc. He was invited at news programme “Charcha Mein” organized by DD News Delhi.
